Insurance Won’t Cover Your Roof?

We Help You Fight Back.

We document the damage. We meet your adjuster. We build the file. When the claim’s denied or underpaid — we have the evidence to push back.

WHAT WE DO

We are your roofer, working alongside your adjuster. We are not a public adjuster, not an attorney, and not your insurance company’s representative.

What that means in practice:

  • Photo + measurement documentation of every damaged section, with timestamps and GPS
  • Written NRCIA-certified inspection report an adjuster can’t easily wave off
  • On-site meeting with your adjuster when they come to assess
  • Itemized repair/replace estimate that matches industry standard scope-of-work
  • Pushback documentation if the claim is denied, partially paid, or “cosmetic-only” labeled

You stay in control of your claim. We give you the evidence.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

×

We don’t negotiate your claim for you

that’s public adjuster territory in some states, and we’re not licensed for it.

×

We don’t represent you

 to the insurance carrier.

×

We don’t promise outcomes

every claim is decided by your carrier, not us.

×

We don’t get paid by the insurance carrier

you pay us for the work, separately from the claim process.

We don’t pretend our warranty replaces insurance. It complements it. The two together = total coverage.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

“Cosmetic only” hail callouts

when granule loss is functional damage that voids the manufacturer warranty

Age-based denials

when a roof under warranty is denied because of “wear and tear” the carrier can’t actually document

“Maintenance issue” misclassifications

when storm damage gets reclassified as homeowner neglect

Partial-roof callouts

when an adjuster wants to patch one slope instead of replacing a code-required matching set

Wind-only / hail-only splits

when both happened in one storm and only one is being covered
If your denial letter reads like any of the above, call us before you sign anything.

STORM RESPONSE TIMELINE

If a hailstorm or major wind event hit your area in the last 12 months, you may still have a viable claim — depending on your carrier’s filing window. Most are 1 year. Some are 2.

Don’t wait until the next storm to find out your last one was claimable.

HOW IT WORKS WITH OUR NEW WARRANTY

Two different coverage types. We’re transparent about both:

Our New Warranty

covers storm damage to the materials on your roof — wind, hail, debris impact.

Your insurance

covers leaks caused by our installation workmanship.

Together = total coverage. Most homeowners only think about insurance,
and discover the gap when their roofer disappears and a leak shows up two years later. Don’t be that homeowner.
