The New Warranty

A Leak-Free Promise Most Roofers Won’t Make.

Written. Transferable. Tied to a real NRCIA inspection. Starts at $500.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Ask any homeowner who’s filed a roof claim: the hardest part isn’t the storm. It’s finding the contractor who installed the roof three years ago, getting them to answer the phone, and getting them to admit that the leak might be their problem and not the weather’s.

Most roofers disappear the day they cash the check. Most “warranties” are 12 months of nothing.

We built The New Warranty because the gap between insurance covers the storm and the roofer covers the install is where homeowners get burned.

What It Covers

  • Workmanship-related leaks for the full warranty term
  • Flashing and penetration failures caused by install error
  • Underlayment and decking issues caused by install error
  • Repairs performed by us, documented and reported in writing

If our work leaks, we come out, we fix it, we don’t argue.

What It Doesn’t Cover

×

Storm Damage

That’s what your homeowner’s insurance is for — and that’s exactly where our Insurance Claims service comes in.

×

Other Contractor Damage

HVAC penetrations, satellite installs, etc. — though we’ll inspect and document for you if it happens.

×

End-of-Life Material Wear

Beyond the manufacturer’s product warranty.

We don’t pretend our warranty replaces insurance. It complements it. The two together = total coverage.

HOW TO QUALIFY

The warranty is tied to a passed NRCIA inspection. That’s non-negotiable — we won’t warrant a roof we haven’t fully inspected and documented.

Three paths to qualify:

New install

we install your new roof, NRCIA-certify it on completion, warranty starts at $500.

Repair-to-qualify

your existing roof fails inspection in one or two specific spots; we repair those, re-inspect, then warrant.

Already passed

your roof passes our NRCIA inspection as-is; warranty available for purchase even if we didn’t install it

PRICING

Starts at $500.

Pricing scales with roof size, slope complexity, material, and warranty term length. We’ll quote the warranty on the same inspection report
— no surprise upcharge.

TRANSFERABLE WHEN YOU SELL

The warranty transfers to the buyer when you sell the home. We’ll re-document and re-register the warranty under their name. That’s a real value-add for sellers and a real differentiator for buyers.

If you’re a realtor reading this — yes, this is the kind of documentation that closes nervous buyers. Get in touch.
