NRCIA-Certified Roof Inspections

The Same Standard Realtors and Insurers Trust.

Written report. Photo documentation. Health rating. Repair/replace recommendation. $300 flat. No upsell pressure.

WHAT MAKES A NRCIA INSPECTION DIFFERENT

Most contractors offer a “free roof inspection.” Here’s what that actually means:

A salesperson walks your roof for 10 minutes

They tell you it needs to be replaced

They take a few phone pics

They hand you a quote

A NRCIA inspection is something else entirely.
NRCIA — the National Roofing Contractors Inspection Association — sets the standard for what a certified inspection has to include.
We’re certified to that standard.

What you actually get:

  • Full walkable inspection of every accessible slope, plus drone documentation where slope makes that unsafe
  • Photo documentation of every issue found, geotagged
  • Written report with a roof health rating, expected remaining life, and a clear repair/replace recommendation
  • Warranty eligibility assessment — does this roof qualify for our New Warranty as-is, with repair, or not at all
  • Insurance claim viability assessment — if storm damage is present, what your claim should look like

A real inspection, in writing, that an insurance adjuster, a realtor, a home inspector, or a buyer’s agent can use.

THREE REASONS TO GET ONE

Before you buy a home

A buyer’s agent should never let a client close on a house without one. The general home inspection touches the roof — it doesn’t certify it. Our report does.

After a storm hit your area

Even if you don’t see damage from the ground, granule loss, soft hail bruising, and lifted shingles routinely go unnoticed for 6–12 months before a leak shows up. By then, your claim window may have closed.

Before you buy a warranty

Whether ours or anyone else’s, no honest roofer will warrant a roof they haven’t inspected. Step 1 of qualifying for our New Warranty is the inspection.

COST: $300 FLAT

We charge $300 for the inspection. No bait-and-switch.

If you decide to hire us for the resulting work, the inspection cost rolls into your project.

We charge for the inspection because we put real time, real documentation, and real liability into it.
“Free” inspections are free because they exist to sell you a roof, not assess one.

REALTOR & HOME INSPECTOR PARTNERSHIPS

We work with realtors and home inspectors across OK / KS / MO / AR. A NRCIA inspection routinely:

– Closes nervous buyers (real documentation > vague “looks fine”)
– Saves deals (negotiated price adjustment vs. blown-out closing)
– Protects realtors (no surprise leak emails 6 months after close)

If you’re a realtor or home inspector who’d like to refer clients
